Job Description

As a Tenant Service Coordinator at JLL, you will apply your friendly, outgoing personality and administrative skills to support our office property management team by greeting visitors and answering the phones, coding invoices, driving the coordination of events. This is a great opportunity for you to start your career in commercial property management if you have a positive attitude, are proactive and can think ahead to anticipate the administrative needs of the team.

Responsibilities
Regularly monitor email, phones and work order system; ensuring prompt and courteous responses and directing correspondence to appropriate personnel as needed
Prepare high-quality tenant memos and correspondence as directed by the Manager.
Monitor tenant work orders and follow up to ensure timely completion.
Facilitate tenant move-ins/move-outs by coordinating arrangements, notifications, and insurance requirements.
Receive building access requests and coordinate access for visitors and vendors
Assist property team in the development and implementation of property and employee manual
Assist team members with property budget preparation and recurring reporting, as requested
Assist in planning an annual safety warden meeting and updating emergency procedures and documentation
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions and percentages
Capable of developing effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles
