Job Description

"To plan, organize and control the input, movement, process/sort, and output of the operations to ensure a high level of service and quality at a minimal cost.

Responsible for selecting, training, and developing a staff of 1 to 15 direct reports. Conducts meetings to provide employees with daily information regarding division/operation; applies consistent administration of disciplinary procedures. Maintains accurately all required reports/paperwork, payroll, performance reviews, goals, and personal record statistics through established paperwork guidelines. Oversees safety methods and programs are implemented and maintained. Instructs employees with/on methods to instill a service-conscious attitude, and minimize service failures. Ensures cost effectiveness of operations through established control of equipment, utilities and supplies. Maintains contact with customers (internal and external) with regard to conditions affecting the service level of area served. Oversees movement and activities of all related products to ensure maximum efficiency. Performs other duties as assigned.


This position requires strong basic management, human relations and communications skills. Minimum 2-year associate's or college degree preferred/equivalent in business and/or minimum 3 years business experience in the appropriate product field/industry. License or certification in appropriate product field preferred: transportation-imdg certification and/or ocean forwarders certification


Preferred Qualifications: Shift Sunday- Thursday 10am to 6:30pm

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: Pay Range: $60,000 to $116,882.40
