The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mergers & Acquisitions associate to join the Finance & Transactions team in our New York or Los Angeles office. Our cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You:
You have 4-6 years of M&A experience (including with use of representation and warranty insurance);
Your experience has emphasized private equity/sponsor clients on the acquisition, disposition and growth equity/VC sides;
You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
You have a J.D. degree and strong academic credentials; and
You are admitted in (and in good standing with) or taking steps to become admitted in the applicable jurisdiction (New York or California).

Compensation:
$280,000 - $320,000 annual base salary
