Exception Receiver


POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for coordinating Fedlink project. Releases all electronic orders daily according to customer specifications. Maintains microfiche and Coop advertising files to meet customer requirements. Enters orders as required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(The following statements describe the general nature of work being performed in this job. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties. Additional responsibilities may be assigned by management):
Edits/releases electronic orders.
Maintains Coop advertising files, including initiating regular subscriptions, billing, and cancellations. Ensures quarterly reports are printed, ripped, and mailed. Responsible for setting up free trial subscription for STEP accounts and following up to initiate billing or cancellation.
Maintains microfiche files, including initiating regular subscriptions, billing, and cancellations; setting up "free trial" subscription and following up to initiate billing or cancellation; mailing free samples; and reviewing RTM printout for accuracy.
Enters titles for orders received by phone, fax, and mail. Searches for appropriate accounts for entry and condition order profiles.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS
High school graduate plus at least two years additional specialized training/education and one to three years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
PC skills.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers and employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's and perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, and volume.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and occasionally required to talk or hear. Specific vision requirements include close vision.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
