The Talent Development Partner reports to the Talent Management Director and plays a critical role in developing strategic and operational processes for performance and career management globally. This role is responsible for the design, development, implementation, administration, and communication of performance management, goal alignment, onboarding, and career development tools.

This role operates as a key architect in shaping the company's talent management culture and growth trajectory. Leveraging data-driven insights, they analyze H.B. Fuller's talent management needs, designs comprehensive strategies, and aligns them with the broader business objectives.

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, staying abreast of industry trends and innovating learning and development methodologies to ensure the company remains competitive and adaptable in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Primary Responsibilities

Design, implement and monitor performance management to enable managers and employees to understand goals and to identify how individual and team outputs contribute to the achievement of the business objectives. (40%)
Develops and communicates the strategic vision, scope, priorities, processes, systems, and tools of the performance management process.
Implements the process for tracking progression for goal setting, mid-year reviews and end of year evaluations to support individual, team and company performance. Ensure that needed data is collected on a timely basis, regular reports on progress are distributed and recommendations are made for future improvements, based on data.
Works in partnership with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to effectively coordinate company-wide execution of the performance management process.
Serves as functional subject matter expert on Workday performance management. Collaborates with HR Information Services teams to ensure the development, enhancement, or acquisition of technology tools, such as Workday, to support the performance management activities. Advise on the design of HR technology systems infrastructure required to support global performance systems.
Coordinates with HR Business Partners and on the implementation of consequences related to performance evaluation results, e.g. performance pay, Performance Improvement Plans, responses to requests for revision of the evaluation, reward and recognition activities, learning and development activities, etc.
Leads, manages, and monitors the design, implementation, and effective use of 360-degree feedback process; including the Workday feedback tool, 360 feedback vendors and leadership feedback.
Designs, manages and delivers training content that ensures HR Business Partners, managers and employees understand the purpose and processes of the performance programs.

Under the leadership of the Talent Management Director, this role will balance strategic input and tactical execution to manage the career development tools that enable the growth and development of employees and leaders aligned with the skills and competencies needed to deliver on the company's strategy. (30%)
Leads and manages the catalog of career development tools including mentorship, professional coaching, development plans, and special project administration.
Coordinates and communicates the process for employees and managers to access tools.
Maintains and updates, in collaboration with the HR automation team, the internal intranet web pages that communicate the program details and information.
Provides input and recommendations on vendors and tools used to support career development.

Collaborates with HR leadership to define and deliver a global onboarding roadmap, ensuring onboarding support drives the successful assimilation of new hires across all levels of the company. (20%)
Provide tools, resources, and strategic consultation for global onboarding.
Ensure that regional onboarding process and programs are aligned and consistent with the global onboarding strategy.
