Salary:
$22-$31.09/hourly
Summary
Responsible for planning and scheduling the Field Service Technicians for installations, repairs and maintenance work. In addition, this position will be expected to identify opportunities for additional leads and upselling a broad range of other service products.
Essential Functions
Maintain cases, workorders and workflow of the customers' request of service.
Utilize the service management system to accurately input the customer's information and equipment.
Schedule an appropriate time for service.
Send quotes, order confirmations and invoices to customers.
Continuously audit mature cases, work orders, bookings, NAV Report and posts.
Assist Regional Service Managers in emergency scheduling, monitor the closing out of open orders.
Contribute to operational excellence and continuous process improvements for the department.
Determine and communicate possible sales opportunities for additional products and services based on customer needs.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
Assist the Service Administration Department with other related administrative activities in the department.
Position Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum 3 year's customer service or dispatching.
