PositionHighlights:
Position: Interventional Services Manager
Location: Highland Park Hospital
Full Time/Part Time:Full-Time (40hrs/wk)
Hours:Day Shift 8-4:30
Required Travel: As needed/ limited

What you will need:
License:Current licensure to practice Nursing in State of IL or ARRT
Education:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with Bachelor of Science in Nursing required or graduate of a Radiologic Technology program and Bachelor of Science in Healthcare related field required. Master's Degree in Nursing, Business or healthcare related fields preferred.
Certification:CPR/ BLS Certification required
Experience:Two years of previous management experience in interventional cardiac catheterization lab or interventional radiology preferrred
Skills:Excelled organizational and analytical skills, familiarity with Excel

What you will do:
Responsible for the ongoing daily operations of the Interventional Radiology (IR) Lab and related services (Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and future programs-i.e. Pain Services)
Prepares and /or reviews recurring and special reports including the departmental financial and other operational reports
Interviews, hires, disciplines subordinate team members. Regularly evaluates the performance of team members in accordance with the hospitals performance management and resolves operational issues on day to day activities of staff
Meets regularly and works in clinical dyad relationship with physician leader(s) for subclinical area of service line
Actively participates in professional organizations. Involved in community activity. Maintains knowledge of Interventional Cardiology/Radiology/Neurology guidelines per standards and updates
