The Manager, Accounts & Operations for Corporate Initiatives is responsible for the cultivation and management of a portfolio of national corporate partners who are engaged with activities to increase concern, awareness and drive revenue for the Association (including cause marketing, employee engagement, mass market events and other mission centric opportunities). Duties include relationship management at various levels (internally and externally), operational support, fulfilling agreement terms and proactively identifying opportunities to maximize revenue and awareness for the Alzheimer's Association.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Responsible for managing, retaining and upselling a portfolio of national
corporate partners who are engaged with activities to increase concern,
awareness and drive revenue for the Association (including cause marketing,
employee engagement, mass market events and other mission centric
opportunities). (20%)
* Manages appropriate approval and delivery of creative assets, benefits
fulfillment, onboarding of new partners, reporting, and other partner or manager
requests to achieve fundraising goals and partner satisfaction. (20%)
* Provides support for team operational processes including contract routing,
updates of project and partner management platform, as well as ad-hoc data
visualizations and prospect reporting. (15%)
* Collaborates with peers across the organization to gather and share information,
ideas and initiatives. (15%)
* Designs and disseminates key resources for internal use including partnership
pitch decks, donor stewardship communications. and industry trends. (15%)
* Facilitates completion of appropriate applications for Alzheimer's Association
participation in state and federal employee giving campaigns by interfacing with
internal teams and the federation representing the organization (Community
Health Charities). Facilitates growth strategies and leads relationships with CHC
contacts. (10%)
* Performs other duties as assigned. (5%)
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
* Proven account management experience with the skills to deliver value for both
corporate partner and non-profit organizations
* Ability to effectively multi-task, establish priorities, and work in a fast paced
environment both independently and as part of a team.
* Practices active listening with keen attention to detail in written and verbal
communications
* Excellent interpersonal, visual, written, and oral communication skills.
* Ability to analyze situations and propose solutions which support the
Association's mission and vision.
* Ability to work and make judgments independently and take initiative.
* Self-starter, requiring little supervision.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required and/or preferred)
* Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Management)
* 4+ years in account management
* Preferred experience working with both for and not-for-profit accounts

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

* Prolonged periods of sedentary working on a computer.
* Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%.
* Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs at a time.

Position Grade: 507 Exempt (estimated salary $60k-$75k)
