Greet and assist visitors of the office; Answer office phones, transfer clients’ calls, take and deliver messages; Assist customers with scheduling appointments, send meeting invites, reminders; Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms; Maintain and update appointment calendars; Organize files and maintain electronic database; Process payments from the clients; Organize and maintain office workspace and reception area; Keep an inventory of office supplies and order materials or maintenance for office machines and equipment as needed; Sort and distribute incoming mail and deliveries; Assist office staff with clerical support tasks, such as printing, copying, scanning.
