Job Description
The Chamberlain Group LLC in Oak Brook, IL seeks a Sr. Business Systems Analyst - BI Supply Chain will design, configure, develop, test, implement, and support analytical and Business Intelligence applications that enable Supply Chain Planning, Supply Chain Operations, Distribution, Sourcing and related business processes, focused on SAP BI/BOBJ/BPC/IBP/SAC/ECC, Microsoft Power BI and related applications. Work with business stakeholders to understand business processes data needs, gaps, pain points, and objectives; elicit, define, and analyze information analysis requirements. Collaborate with colleagues to define and design proposed analytical and reporting solution that meet requirements and adhere to platform and application design guidelines, strategies, and industry best practices. Collaborate with BI developers to create functional specifications for analytical development that adheres to design guidelines and industry best practices. Collaborate with Super Users to create test cases for end-to-end analytical and reporting solutions and system functions, ensuring traceability and coverage of requirements; execute tests; manage Super User test execution; analyze and resolve defects. Collaborate with business stakeholders to create documentation and training materials; support training delivery and organizational change management. Support production systems; proactively work to analyze and resolve production problems in a timely manner; resolve end user service requests; participate in production support processes including identification of issue severity, root cause, and path to resolution. Identify opportunities to leverage information and analysis to improve business processes, and support business digitization efforts. Research and represent industry best practices. Plan and manage small projects leveraging appropriate project management methodology. **Hybrid work schedule, 3 days in office required**
