The Role
We are looking for a Sr. AWS Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer who will contribute to design, implement, and maintain of our cloud infrastructure on AWS. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform, Bitbucket Pipelines, Snowflake Data Warehouse, AWS Lambda functions, and various AWS services including SNS, SQS, SES, API Gateway, EC2, Textract, Bedrock and managed Airflow. This role will involve collaborating with our development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our infrastructure, with a focus on implementing serverless pipelines using Lambda functions.
Work You'll Do
Lead, design, implement, and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform for AWS.
Mentor, coach junior team members and contribute to product strategy roadmap
Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines for automated deployment and testing.
Manage and optimize Snowflake Data Warehouse for efficient data processing and analytics.
Develop and maintain AWS Lambda functions for serverless pipelines and event-driven architecture.
Configure and manage AWS services such as SNS, SQS, SES, API Gateway, EC2, Textract, Bedrock and managed Airflow.
Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and implement solutions.
Develop clear and comprehensive technical documentation for software systems, infrastructure configurations, APIs, and processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in DevOps and cloud computing.
Requirements
Proven 10-15 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or similar role.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong proficiency with Terraform for infrastructure as code.
Experience with Bitbucket Pipelines for CI/CD automation.
Familiarity with Snowflake Data Warehouse and SQL.
Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda functions and serverless architecture.
Deep understanding of AWS services including SNS, SQS, SES, API Gateway, EC2, and managed Airflow.
Experience implementing serverless pipelines using Lambda functions.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solution Architect, DevOps Engineer) are a plus.
Ability to communicate analytic findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to present to senior executives and client leadership
Ability to lead, strategize, plan and implement complex product roadmap delivery
