Job Description

Responsible for overseeing the activities of the Clinical Services Team and Marketing Manager - Reprocessing.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages the Clinical Services Team and coordination of activities:
Approves travel itineraries
Summarizes monthly activities and provides a report to the Corporate Director of Marketing.
Coordinates clinical webinars and training activities
Plans and manages Prima Vista Academy activities with Clinical Educator
Develops in-depth training materials (study guides, in-service materials, etc,) for sales agents and representatives.
Works with Marketing Managers to coordinate training classes and in field workshops.
Provides coverage of surgical cases for evaluations (or installation of new instrumentation:
Ensures all equipment required for case evaluation is complete, in good working order and arrives in time at the facility.
Provides in-service training to the OR and Central Sterile hospital staff
Meets with the surgeon prior to the case to answer any questions
Provides technical and clinical support during the case within RWMIC guidelines.
Provides feedback to the territory sales agent, representative or distributor regarding the cases and the facility.
Trains new Richard Wolf sales agents, representatives and corporate partners:
Assists in executing corporate training events
Gives presentations and demonstrations on anatomy, surgical techniques, and use of instrumentation and equipment.
Supervises cadaver labs, including set-up, tear-down, and cleaning of equipment and facility, if required.
Accompanies new sales agents, representatives and distributors into the field to observe surgery.
Develops training materials as needed
Key Account Support:
Ensures all equipment required for case evaluation is complete, in good working order and arrives in time at the facility.
Ensures the OR and Central Sterile hospital staff are trained on any new equipment.
Meets with the surgeon prior to the case to answer any questions
Provides technical and clinical support during the case within RWMIC guidelines.
Oversees the Reprocessing portfolio and manages the Reprocessing Marketing Manager for:
Product Launches
Portfolio Planning
Creation of Marketing Material (brochures, website updates, social media, Podcasts, webinars etc.)
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
30-50% travel required(local and overnight stays) to conventions, major meetings, key physicians/customer or for additional training.
Aware of and complies with the RWMIC Quality Manual and regulations & requirements as they apply to this job type/position.
Completes all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
Other duties as assigned by the Corporate Director of Marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Business or other healthcare-related fields required.
Marketing background preferred
Minimum three years of experience in a similar clinical role
Extensive experience in operating rooms and with OR protocols
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees and customers.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Ability to work weekends (approximately 10-15 Saturdays and/or Sundays per year).
Proficient PC skills and familiarity with all MS Office suite products
Experience with and understanding of cross-cultural differences and the ability to work within this environment is crucial for successful employment.
