Job Description

We are looking for someone who is passionate about compensation design & analytics with outstanding analytical skills and thrives in proposing evidence-based solutions to complex problems. The ideal candidate will be an agile learner with the capacity to lead cross-functional teams through significant change management, while solving problems in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.

The Director, Global Compensation will play a critical role in the design, development, change management & delivery of enterprise Compensation strategy in alignment with the Total Rewards strategic roadmap for the Company ensuring compensation programs are competitive, and equitable, align with statutory requirements across geographies, and enhances employee experience. This role will be a critical member of the Total Rewards organization and the larger People team.
What you'll do
Design & administer comprehensive compensation programs including job architecture, market benchmarking & annual salary planning process
Research & analyze pay data across multiple geographies ensuring pay standards are keeping pace with the local markets
Provides thought leadership to key stakeholders, including People Partners, Business Leaders & Managers promoting Compensation Philosophy
Design and deliver easy-to-understand compensation concepts to the organization through various channels of communication
Assess and propose process solutions that build a sustainable, scalable & equitable decision-making framework as it relates to compensation management. Partner with People Operations to ensure data integrity within the Company's HRIS system
Conduct complex analysis to ascertain budgets for salary planning and develop models to distribute budgets to promote a strong pay for performance culture while being cognizant of it's impact on pay equity
Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal utilization of their services
Lead the establishment & maintenance of a global compensation governance modelWhat you have
10+ years of progressive experience managing compensation design & analytics within a global organization
Outstanding analytical ability with an aptitude to analyze and draw inferences from large volumes of data through complex analysis
Significant knowledge of rewards governance, compensation design, delivery, and communication
Experienced in operating independently, solving problems creatively, and delivering results in an organized manner
Adept at adjusting to rapidly changing business requirements, and making decisions with limited information
Effective verbal, and written communication skills
Expert in data analytics using Excel, Macros & Power BI
For Individuals based in New York, Colorado, Washington, and California, Cision is required to disclose a salary range for this role. This base compensation range of $180,000 - $210,000 is specific to these states, however base pay may vary depending on a range of relevant factors.
