We are seeking a Production Supervisor with plastics experience for our DuPage Plant to oversee and coordinate the activities of production personnel and manage resources involved in manufacturing packaging solutions.

Oversee the employee performance cycle, including recruitment, training, development, advancement, coaching, and termination.

Provide technical expertise in production processes, planning, scheduling, preventive maintenance, and budget management.
Perform administrative tasks such as documenting performance results, goals, and training progress.
Collaborate with management on strategic initiatives and other assigned tasks.

Preferred Skills/Attributes:
**3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proficient knowledge of machinery and production systems.
Associate's degree is preferred.
Experience with blow or injection molding processes is a plus.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
Understanding of a union environment is preferred.
Strong computer skills.
