NAAC is seeking an energetic, curious self-starter to engage in strategic and tactical proposal response processes across both public sector and commercial pursuits. This person will be essential in enabling the definition, implementation, and ongoing management of NAAC’s proposal development and response processes to improved opportunity win rates and revenue growth.

+ Serve as a NAAC catalyst for submission of compelling, quality, and compliant responses on high value complex driven opportunities to improve NAAC’s win rate.

+ Operate as a key liaison between NAAC sellers, various other internal Oracle collaborators, and our clients to confirm accuracy of responses and compliance to stated client requirements.

+ Communicate the NAAC business value story through the implementation of a common voice across NAAC responses.

+ Participate in of the development, dissemination, and refinement of proposal standard methodology processes and tools across NAAC sales community to drive quality and efficiency. Serve as a proactive champion and advocate for such standard methodologies within NAAC.

Responsibilities

Additional Responsibilities

+ Develop format guidance and templates for proposals, in concert with RFP guidelines.

+ Analyze RFP requirements and develop RFP/Proposal compliance matrix.

+ Establish proposal timeline, setting priorities and target dates.

+ Capture proposal information by identifying appropriate sources; coordinate submissions and collections.

+ Develop proposal by assembling information, including project type, deliverables/ assumptions/ exclusions, implementation processes, and company information.

+ Write, revise, and edit drafts, including executive summaries, conclusions, assumptions and organization credentials.

+ Coordinate with other functions, teams, and resources that support Oracle’s proposal response processes (e.g. Creative, Proposal Services, etc.)

+ Drive approvals (e.g. business metrics, non-standard terms, etc.) on proposals with key collaborators.

+ Confirming high quality, compelling submissions through application of standards including readability, consistency, and tone.

+ Format proposal documents to ensure proper proposal styles, fonts, and graphics.

+ Support sales teams by handling RFP through all stages of RFP process, including client clarification questions, Oral presentations, and Best and Final Offers (BAFO)

Preferred Qualifications

+ Proven experience leading RFP response coordination and execution.

+ Proposal content writing, copy editing and proofreading experience.

+ Strong business writing experience (technical writing samples will be requested)

+ Public Sector experience preferred, but not required

+ Experience with Microsoft suite of products

US: Hiring Range: from $73,800 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
