Job Description

The Customer Service Coordinator proactively ensures a wonderful first and last impression for visitors, patients and guests, and greets and directs patients and visitors to their respective destinations. This person answers informational questions regarding locations of departments, contacts people, hours of operation, visiting hours, distributes visitor passes, registers, communicates, screens visitors, problem solves, makes decisions to insure the best outcome for the patient, visitor and guest, assists with wheelchair transports. The Customer Service Coordinator is a self-directed position of responsibility and independent decision-making on behalf of our patients, guests and visitors.
