Responsibilities

+ Reports directly to the youth services clinical director

+ Flexible scheduling with work from home days and comp time available as approved

+ Monthly bonus incentive for hours billed

+ Supervise a small caseload of clients

+ Covering RBT shifts are optional, not required

+ Create individualized treatment programs that impact each child’s progress

+ Ensure programming is aligned with least restrictive environments

+ Maintain client notes and review data regularly to ensure therapeutic outcomes

+ Maintain client electronic files to meet compliance

+ Conduct functional behavior analysis to drive therapeutic behavior plans

+ Responsible for creating, training, and monitoring behavior intervention plans

+ Provides direct behavioral treatment to clients via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group behavioral treatment, and/or skills coaching in all applicable settings

+ Provide RBT feedback and supervision as outlined by the BACB utilizing tracking logs for compliance

+ Maintain a therapeutic team consisting of a Lead RBT and RBT/BT’s per assigned caseload

+ Meet with families on a bi-weekly basis to ensure generalization of skills across environments, empower families to implement behavior plans and skill acquisition within the home, and maintain rapport.

+ Ensure a supportive work environment across staff and clinicians

+ Attend clinical trainings with clinicians and clinical director as needed

+ Learn and follow all policies and procedures

+ Maintain CEU’s

+ Remain in good standing with the BACB

Qualifications

- Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; Ability to write simple correspondence; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to individuals and other employees of the organization.

- Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions; Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. Ability to make independent decisions with good judgment and attention to detail.

- Education: Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.

- Computer Skills/Data Entry: Must be able to record/enter data neatly, accurately, and objectively; consistent with Oakwood requirements.

Salary Range

USD $48.00 – $52.00 / Hour
