Job Description:

The Global Functional Solution Lead for Procurement transformation is responsible for identifying and designing technology solutions and architecture to support McDonald’s Indirect Sourcing & Procurement transformation objectives, ensuring alignment with newly developed Indirect Procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct a thorough assessment of technology requirements, considering our Indirect Procurement needs and objectives.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional partners to prioritize solutions that support the transformation.

+ Be responsible for the design and development of solutions and architecture, to alignment with business needs and broader GBS program objectives.

+ Capture and translate requirements into functional specifications for technology solutions, working closely with stakeholders.

+ Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the technology solution design and implementation process.

+ Supervise and evaluate the effectiveness of technology solutions, finding opportunities for optimization and improvement.

+ Communicate regularly with program leadership and partners to provide updates on technology solution development and implementation progress.

Qualifications:

+ Strong understanding of Procurement processes and technology solutions, with experience in identifying and designing technology solutions to support process improvements.

+ Proven track record to gather and analyze requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and design technology solutions that meet business needs.

+ Previous project management skills and be able to lead cross-functional teams and drive technology solution development efforts.

+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

+ Analytical mindset with the ability to evlaute technology solutions and identify opportunitieis for optimization and improvement.

+ Change management expertise, including experience facilitating organizational change and driving adoption of technology solutions.
