Job Description

The Catalog and Content Solutions Manager is part of the pricing and cataloging team for the North American Independent Aftermarket. This role will be the key industry liaison concerning current and future cataloging requirements surrounding ACES, PIES, and emerging standards. The Catalog and Content Solutions Manager will lead/coordinate activities across various departments to ensure on-time delivery of precise application data and rich content.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead and develop strategic relationships with data receivers, customers, and industry organizations while leading initiatives to meet future industry demands of automotive aftermarket cataloging.

+ Benchmark with data receivers and customers cataloging time to market and content quality to identify and implement continuous improvement solutions such as shortening data syndication and improving user experience.

+ Coordinate activities such as digital asset creation and product attribute updates across various departments to ensure on-time delivery of precise application data and optimized rich content.

+ Identify and implement effective SEO methods into product content to improve visibility and sell-through of Bosch products on customer websites.

+ Evaluate existing cataloging tools and delivery methods, provide recommendations on new modules, and facilitate implementation cross-functionally.

+ Organize catalog data management governance activities with global team.

+ Represent the department and customer meetings and industry events to stay current on emerging needs and latest trends.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related; MBA strongly preferred.

+ 3-7 years of experience in automotive content management.

+ Strong understanding of ACES (Aftermarket Catalog Exchange Standard) / PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) and experience with PIM (Product Information Management).

+ Basic technical understanding of automotive products and their applications.

+ Business acumen with strong statistical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Advanced MS Excel experience; must be proficient with other MS Office tools. SAP preferred.

+ Strong process improvement facilitation skills.

+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at the same time.

+ Should be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Information

For internal candidates, this can be either an E3 or E4 salary band.
