Job Summary

As the IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting weekly and monthly project and portfolio compliance tracking using IT PMO required reporting methodology, processes, and policies.

Job Description

We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support weekly and monthly project and portfolio compliance tracking using IT PMO required reporting methodology, processes, and policies. This position will be full-time and hybrid.

What You’ll Do

+ Responsible for development of technical documentation including such things as Statement of Work (SOW); Scope of Services; Task Order (TO); Functional and Technical Requirement Specifications; Current-State and Future-State Process Documentation

+ Supports the delivery of smaller technical projects or a definable portion of a larger technical program in accordance with contract requirements, company policies, procedures, and guidelines

+ Works in collaboration with the IT PMO team to offer recommendations related to the technical direction of a project through the design, implementation, and testing in accordance with project objectives

+ Possesses strong written and oral communications skills and the ability to Interface with all areas affected by the project including the Director of IT PMO, IT Senior Managers, project sponsor, business stakeholders, end users, data center services, network services, support services, contracted vendors, and third parties

+ Analyzes, troubleshoots, and proactively challenges existing processes and workflows, and leads change management necessary to effectively optimize new systems and user experience

+ Works with the IT PMO Director, IT Senior Manager, and IT Project Manager to establish processes and procedures to drive continuous improvement around assigned projects

What You’ll Need

Required:

+ Experience with SOW, TO, Amendments, Change Orders, and/or contract renewals to support various hardware, software, and network solutions and the related services

+ Proficient in MS Sharepoint, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, Visio, MS Excel, and analytic reporting related to processes and projects

+ Experience identifying key performance indicators/metrics to measure planned to actual project performance and improve the timeliness and quality of project communications

+ Strong communication skills

Physical Demands

+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
