About the Role :

The executive assistant supporting the EVP, Business President and Chief Commercial Officer plays a vital role in providing senior executive level support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily and long term activities, and maintaining excellent communication within the organization. This position requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, and thorough attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

+ Manage a complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, contacts, travel arrangements and expense reports.

+ Prepare and prioritize various communications and reports, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

+ Coordinate and facilitate meetings and various special events within and outside the organization, including directly with key commercial partners

+ Act as a gatekeeper, screening meeting requests and phone calls.

+ Create and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.

+ Conduct research, compile data, manage content production and prepare presentations/slides for internal and external meetings and conferences.

+ Assist with preparing, reviewing, and editing various documents, presentations, etc.

+ Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timelyworkflows.

+ Manage the onboarding of new team advisors, consultants and employees.

+ Ancillary support for others as needed.

About You :

+ Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

+ The ability to follow up quickly and ensure taskare completed.

+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

+ Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, SAP, Concur).

+ High level of professionalism and ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

+ Strong problem-solving skills and thorough attention to detail.

+ Ability to be proactive and work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
