The Supplies Analyst I researches and prepares accurate and timely solutions to internal and external customers by utilizing financial, technical, product and sales knowledge to support the Supplies Growth Strategies. Recommendations should provide perspective and industry knowledge to provide an insightful and comprehensive response. Ingenuity and commercial awareness to be applied combined with the ability to effectively problem solve to complete difficult assignments independently. This position requires onsite work in the Lincolnshire, IL office.

Responsibilities:

+ Conducts a professional consultative conversation to identify business objectives, challenges, and opportunities to recommend appropriate solutions against a customer’s business needs and demands of product labelling applications

+ Builds proactive professional working relationships by fostering a collaborative relationship with Zebra Resellers, Partners, Distributors

+ Gathers requirements, tracks, and modifies solutions to progress sales opportunities.

+ Effectively communicates the Supplies value proposition to customers via phone, email, virtual meetings and through the CRM tool. This may include face to face meetings

+ With industry expertise and excellent utilization of internal systems, can effectively build and present data and articulate ROI when presenting pricing as part of a complete solution

+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Order Management to drive opportunities to fulfillment

+ Monitors a customer project progression, identify risks and proactively proposes mitigating strategies to ensure success

+ Has an excellent knowledge of the Partner Program and can effectively articulate the benefits of being a Labels Solutions Specialist. Can execute various workstreams to support the Program

+ Collaborates with Product Management and Planning to gather the necessary information and specifications to create detailed quotes, technical drawings and manage orders

+ Stays updated on industry trends, emerging technology, product changes and market dynamics to provide customers with informed and relevant insights

+ Proactively reaches out to Senior Analysts to obtain accurate cost estimates and pricing information for components, raw materials, and manufacturing routings

+ Reviews and validates quotes, technical drawings and contracts for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to company policies and guidelines before positioning them to customers

+ Maintains accurate and up to date records of all customer interactions and creates engaging and insightful responses in the CRM system

+ Develops a deep understanding of assigned geographical region, customer base and verticals

+ Facilitates, creates, and delivers customer training on the use of internal tools and educates customers on new offerings

+ Analyses and maintains accurate data and reports to support internal business processes, bolster sales opportunities and drive operational success

Qualifications:

Required:

+ Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience

+ 2+ years in a similar role with a commercial background in a technical manufacturing environment

+ Sales Quotation experience and/or a good understanding of label printing and functional competence essential

+ Local language requirement may apply

+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills, both written and verbal to interact with internal teams and customers

+ Ingenuity and commercial awareness to be applied

+ Strong presentations skills with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner

+ Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

+ Proficiency in using Quoting software, CRM systems and the Microsoft office Suite

+ Excellent attention to detail ensuring precision and accuracy in all activity

+ Must be highly organized, agile with excellent multi-tasking and time management skills

+ Must feel confident working in a dynamic team environment where priorities continually change

+ Embraces and fully utilizes new tools and technology to improve efficiency

+ Results focused – achieves measurable outcomes

Salary: USD 58500.00 – USD 87700.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
