In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of processes that support global pricing & capital monetization strategies. Your experience in strategy, pricing processes/systems, and project management within the medical technology will be critical in contributing to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and implement processes that align with company strategy and build consistency across geographic regions.

+ Lead cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify gaps, and craft global frameworks that drive efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

+ Evaluate and improve tools, systems, and technologies to build efficiencies, enhance decision-making capabilities, and improve reporting.

+ Develop a contract readiness process for new product introduction.

+ Engage with regional partners to understand local market dynamics and requirements, ensuring our global strategies are adapted appropriately.

+ Drive the implementation and adoption of pricing & capital-related processes and tools in close collaboration with sales, contracting, customer service, and service & repair teams globally.

+ Continuously evaluate performance data and key indicators globally, delivering regular reports and actionable insights to senior executives for informed decision-making.

+ Develop training programs and playbooks to educate and support regional teams on global pricing processes and capital strategies.

+ Stay informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and changes in the MedTech sector to anticipate challenges and opportunities

Qualifications

Education:

+ A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required

Required Skills & Experience:

+ A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience

+ Experience in pricing & contracting, process implementation, capital monetization, new product introduction, or related roles within the MedTech or healthcare industry

+ Success in leading pricing initiatives, capital monetization projects, and process improvements that support business growth

+ Strong project management abilities with the capacity to balance multiple projects and work with various teams in different regions

+ Strategic problem solver with the ability to advise and collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills & Experience:

+ Proficiency in data analysis, financial modeling, and pricing tools (e.g., pricing software, ERP systems)

+ Experience in change management and driving organizational transformation initiatives globally

+ Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements and compliance issues specific to healthcare pricing and capital monetization

The base compensation for the role is between $99,000-$170,200. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

  • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
  • Sick time – up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
  • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year
  • Work, Personal and Family Time – up to 40 hours per calendar year
