Senior Commercial Product Manager – Synthetic Biology

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Lead, motivate, hire, coach and develop a Commercial Product Management team to achieve shared goals.
+ Develop annual strategic plan and pricing strategy to achieve annual product revenue and margin growth objectives.
+ Define market trends, customer journeys, buying processes, customer needs and growth areas.
+ Collaborate with Marketing, Business Unit Applications, and to assess, prioritize and develop content solutions to achieve revenue growth targets.
+ Partner with Sales to develop enablement training for new and on-market products and support key accounts.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert for synthetic biology products and their target markets/customers with regular analysis of trends and competitors.
+ Build and leverage market & competitive insights to establish multi-year product forecasts.
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent in business, life sciences, or marketing.
+ Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Management or Commercial Marketing, 5+ years of experience preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience within Life Sciences, Diagnostics, or related scientific industry.
+ Experience in a management or leadership capacity supporting cross-functional teams or projects.
+ Demonstrated success in launching excellent products that meet their financial goals.
+ Knowledge of molecular biology and the application of synthetic biology products (experimental design, execution, analysis).
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ MBA, PhD, or other advanced degree.
+ Working cross-functionally with a globally distributed team.
+ Using the Danaher Business Systems (DBS) to accelerate product commercialization and achieve business KPIs.

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$150,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
