Job Description

As a Sales Communication Analyst on our Sales Operations team, you will help manage the communication process from Brand and Headquarters to the Sales organization. You will report to our Manager of Sales Operations Communications.

Your Impact:

+ Help manage weekly sales communication to our organization, including content review to ensure sales readiness and process review to gain Sales Leadership agreement.

+ Help develop new item selling materials with internal teams to set expectations for presentations, samples and tools to complete customer sell-in while following the sales communication deadlines.

+ Champion the progressive selling platform in the development of new item selling materials.

+ Help develop recall communications for Sales Operations.

+ Manage sales SharePoint site including content and employee access.

+ Manage Communications SharePoint site including the required communication timeline and development of best practices.

+ Oversee the development of new item sales readiness tracking files and calendar.

+ Oversee our new item sales sample set-up and process with third-party vendors.

Your Experience:

+ Bachelor’s degree required.

+ 1-2 years of customer-facing selling or communications responsibility to represent the customer perspective.

+ Experience presenting in large group settings.

+ Experience in Microsoft Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

+ Project management experience.

+ Experience gathering, coordinating, and organizing communication for distribution to internal and external audiences.

Number of Days in Office: 2

Relocation assistance is available for this position. Preference will be given to local candidates.

Located in downtown Chicago along the Chicago River, our corporate headquarters is in the landmark Merchandise Mart building, with access to public transit, and several options for dining and shopping in the area.
