Position Summary

This role supports our Guardian network of providers by providing exceptional service to all contacts from our external partners and internal associates with prompt and accurate processing of applications and maintenance of records. This role requires working collaboratively with other departments to ensure growth and stability of the provider network.

Position Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Outlook

+ Experience in Web based systems

+ Experience in working between multiple systems

You Will:

+ Review new applications, request missing documentation and enter data into multiple processing systems

+ Review and update records, provide reports and respond to inquiries from multiple email boxes

+ Support the India Network Services team members with training of new work types and provide guidance as a Subject Matter Expert

+ Assist with testing, troubleshooting and resolution of complex inquiries concerning Guardian’s rental partners

+ Respond to internal requests providing less than 48 hours turnaround from CRU for provider record discrepancies

+ Process the returns from the India Network Services team in Simon and I process

+ Assist in writing and publishing new and updating workflows in IMS

+ Review kick outs from Swiss Post scanning, providing direction and updating of BRD

+ Make outgoing phone calls to providers to verify data from claims, and with provider inaccuracy reports

+ Routinely clean up provider records for integrity of data and compliance regulations

+ Assist Team Leader with escalated inquiries, resolving and providing status

+ Specialty project work outside normal scope of day-to-day functions, including generating rosters, making external phone calls, and mandatory updates as provided by contracts and compliance

Location & Travel:

+ Preferred location is Guardian’s Bethlehem, PA Office (hybrid work arrangement). Will also consider qualified applicants in other U.S. locations.

+ No regular travel associated with the position, although there may be an occasional work-related trip (once or twice per year).

Salary Range

$41,060.00 – $61,595.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
