Job Title: Hospitality Project ManagerJob Description
As a Hospitality Project Manager, you will be the linchpin in ensuring that all client needs are met and projects are completed on schedule. Your responsibilities will include direct reporting and communication with the firm’s owner, coordination with general contractors, vendors, and both internal and external team members. You will manage all aspects of the project from initiation to completion, which includes handling permits, code compliance, and licensing. Regular site visits are a part of this role, along with assisting in the production of construction documents, managing material specifications, selections, and overseeing the project team.

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Chicago, Illinois.
Work Environment
This role is based near Pilsen and requires a traditional 9am-5pm schedule, with the necessity to be 100% in-office. Transportation support is provided for necessary site visits. You will be equipped with a computer and a dedicated workspace to efficiently manage your projects.
