What You’ll Work On

Transfusion Medicine™ has an opening for a Sr. Financial Analyst supporting the LAC Commercial team .

The LAC Senior Financial Analyst will have key responsibilities supporting planning and reporting processes for TM’s LAC Commercial region. Reporting to the US & LAC Finance Controller, this position is responsible for supporting the LBE/Planning activities and leading certain aspects of the process. The position will also identify/assess/implement process improvements, lead projects, assist with senior management highlights and reporting, as well as support a variety of ad-hoc FP&A activities.

What You’ll Work On

+ Support the TM LAC Commercial region through detailed financial analysis, business support, and ad hoc reporting.

+ Lead the month-end close process, including journal entry preparation, spending/headcount review, variance analyses, and reporting of monthly results to management.

+ Support and organize the LBE/Plan/OEM processes; develops and submits well-prepared forecasts.

+ Prepare and coordinate quarterly Confirmations.

+ Support preparation of executive-level presentations for internal and external reviews.

+ Interaction with different levels of management, both finance and operational.

+ Assist in the identification and implementation of process improvements.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree, preferably in accounting or finance, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

+ Minimum 4 years of combined Finance/Accounting experience is required

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and variance analysis skills, and attention to detail

+ Ability to work independently and with senior management

+ Effective communication, soft skills, and prioritization of assignments

+ Strong written and oral skills in Spanish a plus

+ Strong PC/system skills and Excel. SAP/TM1 experience a plus

The base pay for this position is $72,700.00 – $145,300.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
