Job Description

Job Title: Supply Chain Assistant

Looking for:

- Minimum of a year of related experience

- HS Diploma or GED

- Strong communication skills verbal and written

- SAP (preferred)

- Communication skills verbal and written

Hours: Monday through Friday

12:30pm to 9pm

Training will be for two weeks on first shift.

Environment:

Production environment working in the office and need to be comfortable going to the floor when needed

Description:

- Enforce and promote all company guidelines, policies, and good manufacturing practices of all facets of the business, not limited to and including food safety and health & and safety.

- Processing of Invoice Workflow Items as required (responsible for performing goods receipts and service receipts for supplier vendor invoices)

- Report to the Supply Chain Manager any constraints or peaks in the volume of upcoming deliveries.

- Post goods receipts on pallets arriving with other deliveries (WIP, returns from DC, etc.)

- Key technical user for SAP, MII, and RF devices

- Support with cycle counts reporting

- Produce the daily label report

- Prepare slides for SIM

- Support with hold/release labels

- Truck yard checks and documentation

- Support with the closing of orders, WOW report, and Alchemy reporting

- Working in a Team Environment, assist the Supply Chain Supervisors to coordinate and maximize efficiency in a timely, safe, and cost-effective manner that meets company standards.
