Qualifications

+ 3+ years of recent work experience (in an office setting)

+ Proficiency in Outlook and digital communication

+ Microsoft Office Proficient

+ ERP/Order Entry Experience preferred

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include verifying the main components of sales orders and matching them with customers’ purchase orders. You will be required to create production orders, communicate part deficiencies to the Purchasing department, and prioritize orders as per customer requirements. Your role will also involve monitoring deadlines and lead times on all open orders, running a daily receiving report to allocate backordered parts, and creating pick tickets for shipping of sales orders. You will also be expected to maintain customer satisfaction by resolving product or service problems, processing customer RMAs, maintaining customer records, and recommending potential procedures or services to management. In addition to these tasks, you may be assigned additional duties as directed by the Vice President, Director of Sales, and/or Director of Operations.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Lake Forest, Illinois.

The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm with a 1-hour lunch break.
