Job Description

Description:

+ Assist executive leadership with scheduling, travel arrangements, and coordination of meetings and events.

+ Prepare and manage correspondence: Draft, proofread, and edit communications on behalf of executives, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

+ Organize and manage schedules, proactively addressing conflicts and ensuring timely completion of tasks.

+ Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.

+ Facilitate Expense Management on behalf of the Executive.

+ Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution.

+ Maintain various contracts and agreements, ensuring they are up-to-date and properly filed.

+ Assist with various projects, research, and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Qualifications:

+ Associate’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

+ Proven experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or similar role

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Soft Skills:

+ Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

+ Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

+ High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
