About the Role

The CLO Operations team is looking for a Senior Program Manager to manage our CLO Matter Management (CLO MM) tool, powered by Salesforce. This individual will partner closely with Senior Leadership, IT Business Technology, and CLO teams to drive the CLO MM product roadmap. In this role, you’ll manage CLO stakeholders to ensure that feature requests are feasible, viable, & aligned with strategic goals, translate business requests into technical feature requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality product features and improvements, & secure approvals for requirements.

What You’ll Do

+ Serve as the point of contact for escalations and issues related to CLO MM, including guiding users through creation, modification, & maintenance of tickets to report bugs and track and monitor issue resolution progress.

+ Analyze ticket data and performance metrics to identify recurring issues, make recommendations for continuous improvement, and develop strategies to address them proactively, reducing the frequency & impact of future issues.

+ Conduct market and competitive research to advise the development of the roadmap strategy and to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.

+ Ensure the CLO MM vendor’s deliverables meet the organization’s requirements, and work with the vendor to address any issues or gaps as needed.

+ In partnership with IT Business Technology, develop standard operating procedures, playbooks, and associated training artifacts for global end-users.

+ Establish system best practices, and develop training plans and governance to reinforce adoption.

Basic Qualifications

+ A minimum of eight (8) years legal operations, legal technology, operations, or relevant experience.

+ Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive alignment and achieve common goals.

+ Strong program and project management skills with a focus on KPI setting and tracking and experience extracting insights from data, visualizing and summarizing findings and takeaways.

+ The ability to juggle multiple projects at a time in an exciting, fast-paced environment, both collaborating as a team to stay in sync and working independently to get the job done.

+ Comfortable influencing discussions at the highest levels and a proven ability to find common ground and align cross-functional partners and teams with conflicting agendas.

+ Strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative with both business leaders and cross-functional partners, with a strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility, and partner with others.

+ Self-motivation with a strong affinity for vision setting, strategic problem solving, and driving action.

+ Embody the highest standards of integrity, ethics, and accountability.

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$112,000 per year – USD$123,500 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year – USD$137,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$124,000 per year – USD$137,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber’s bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
