Job Description

Role Summary

Highly organized sales professional responsible for developing and driving national business development initiatives across the US Leasing organization, valued at $2B in annual revenue with over 1800 active licensed brokers nationwide. Such initiatives include - but are not limited to - evolving pre-point of sales training programs to build relationships with prospects and increase bd productivity with CRE and C-suite decision makers. This would include programs around more effective cold outreach and ,campaigns, developing and driving differentiating content across markets, service lines and industry verticals, driving leadership and local broker engagement, developing business development accountability programs, and innovating around our business development process and culture. Ultimately, this person is responsible for ensuring the firm is best positioned to win going into new business through an orchestrated, thoughtful approach to sales. The role requires significant travel.

Leadership
Integrate with regional and local leadership to drive firm strategy, goals, and accountability across the Leasing sales force as it relates to business development. This includes Office Tenant Representation, Broker lead portfolios (IPS), Industrial TR and Agency and Retail.
Develop or work within our BD and sales structure across markets and industries.
Create and measure key metrics for the prospecting part of the sales process, WIP management, and business development across all Leasing sales professionals
Drive adoption of our bd tech tools to drive efficiencies and effectiveness
Coordinate among internal partners and stakeholders to build and implement new programs and products to service and support the Leasing business

Innovation
Understand industry trends, prospect / client challenges, market factors, competitive landscape and develop winning prospecting and pursuit strategies
Identify growth opportunities and create national go-to-market plan to achieve success; approach clearly identifies current and future state
Collect and create best-in-class sales materials
Organize, run and evolve regular sales programs and contests
Identify key external partnerships and products that can improve our sales workforce

Actively shape, influence and lead a client-driven sales culture focused on winning and excellence
Cultivate One JLL teamwork and collaboration on a national scale in a complex organization

Requirements
8-10 years working within a professional services organization; preferably with direct sales experience and managing sales teams at scale
Highly organized and self-motivated with strong communication skills
Proven experience developing and implementing national programs and corporate initiatives within a sales organization of similar size and scope
Desire to develop and shape JLL's sales talentwith a sales mindset driven toward winning
Naturally and selflessly collaborative, cultivating teamwork and a firm-first mentality
Ability to function in a highly matrixed environment at a large, global enterprise
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; balance of emotional intelligence and business acumen
