Client Growth Sales Executive

This Sales Executive exhibits a strong background in navigating lengthy, complex, sales cycles from start to finish and excels at net-new business development. This individual must be comfortable discovering, engaging, and presenting to high-level decision makers and collaborating with internal resources within the larger JLL organization, and externally across customer and partner ecosystems. Experience selling CRE, IWMS, EAM, CMMS, or other related enterprise software solutions and services is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio comprised of domestic accounts
Drive sales strategy and work with product teams to attain sales quotas
Independently pitch and close complex solutions involving multiple products to C-Suite
Identify key stakeholders and opportunities
Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to customers
Identify opportunities and direct product teams to fully support customer goals
Manage sales performance to meet and exceed target sales goals
Oversee accurate pipeline management
Develop territories with exponential growth potential
Establish and develop strong partner relationships within the region
Work with Marketing to effectively create brand awareness
Work with business development and sales enablement teams to create effective campaigns and content
Travel required

Technical Requirements

10+ years of sales or sales solutioning experience at a large, global organization, including experience in CRE outsourcing, Enterprise CRE Sales, or solutions-based technology sales.
Experience across multiple disciplines of CRE services, technologies and/or solutions
Proven capabilities in growing relationships at the senior executive level and C-Suite for global, Fortune 500
Demonstrated ability to develop opportunities and close new business or expansion sales
Experience with successful selling outcomes using structured sales processes and tools such as Miller Heiman and Salesforce
Successful track record of achieving immediate credibility; presenting varying ideas to create value and challenge the status quo; and able to think quickly, listen well, and understand how to react and modify approach in front of clients and other key influencers
