Chubb is seeking a Video Producer to lead Combined Insurance's efforts with multimedia projects that will engage and improve the experiences of employees, policyholders, agents, brokers, and employers. JOB SUMMARY:

As a Video Producer, you will play a critical role in communicating both internally and externally about Combined and our businesses (Combined U.S., Combined Canada and Chubb Workplace Benefits). The communications you will help deliver will engage all of our stakeholders and showcase our competitive advantages and our leading customer experiences. Our Video Producer will be aligned to the following strategic initiatives:

  • Employee Engagement: Creating videos for internal usage that highlight our employee experience and showcase the valuable work by our team members. Examples include messages from our executives and quarterly town halls.
  • Agent Engagement: You will lead our work to create content for our three distinct sales organizations across North America that highlight our agent and sales experience. Examples include exciting incentive videos, recruiting videos and testimonial videos.
  • Customer Engagement: Your work will be critical to helping us tell our customer story beyond our office walls to a myriad of customers (brokers, policyholders and employers). Examples include videos highlighting our products, solutions, claims process, customer experience and

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for customer stories, internal company announcements, external promotions on social media, product marketing, recruiting, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects
  • Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and select optimal forms of media for projects
  • Work independently or as part of a team to establish project deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with internal clients and stakeholders to help facilitate the creation of multimedia content
  • Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations
  • Develop production schedules
  • Select and hire additional crew and talent; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for the crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met
  • Reserve and rent equipment
  • Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voice-over/sound effects, media management and archiving project media
  • Manage video libraries
  • Evaluate analytics
