This is a newly created individual contributor position within the recently established Global Strategic Remediation Oversight and Governance team as part of the Global Regulatory Affairs Office. This is a unique opportunity for a project management professional keen to use and develop their skills to aid the Strategic Remediation Validation Testing Team in the successful delivery of quality control activities for significant remediation. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Strategic Remediation Validation Testing.

The Strategic Remediation Validation Testing Project Associate will be responsible for project managing and coordinating Strategic Remediation Validation Testing Team engagement, resources, delivery and reporting across multiple simultaneous projects, requiring the project associate to have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

The candidate will be required to engage with all levels of stakeholders, from Strategic Remediation Oversight and Governance to business and corporate functions, as well as internal audit, in order to develop a deep understanding of the quality control activities within projects in which they are engaged. The project associate will also support the Strategic Remediation Validation Testing Team in the development, maintenance, and reporting on quality control activities and status.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Project management of significant remediation quality control approach and testing plan, including status reporting, resource planning and scheduling
    • Working closely with program managers to monitor and plan for the impacts to the significant remediation quality control testing plan for corporate wide initiatives, and then working with Strategic Remediation Validation Testing leadership to ensure appropriate actions and their successful completion
    • Working closely with the Head of Strategic Remediation Validation Testing to allocate resources and track the successful and timely completion of quality control activities
    • Escalate and communicate project issues and risks and agree path forward for resolution



  • Development and maintenance of project information, including progress, status, and risks, in Microsoft Project
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of smart forms, workflows, and quality control testing repository
  • Consolidation of dynamic information from multiple sources to capture and present a single view to monitor quality control activity status and enable leadership decisions on execution and resources
  • Development and delivery of management information for Global Regulatory Affairs Leadership, corporate stakeholders and governance forums
  • Engaging with partners from across Global Regulatory Affair Office and the organization to ensure the timely delivery of quality control activities and deliverables
  • Establish and develop strong working relationships with key stakeholders
