Job Description
Infosys is seeking an ECM Java Full Stack Developer. In the role of Technology Lead, you will be a technology professional adding value to a gamut of Software Development lifecycle stages. You will create detailed design artifacts like program specifications, test plans; and independently develop and review code and contribute to the go-live plan. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients' business needs. This position is based out of Chicago, IL. This position may require re-location and/or travel to project location.
Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 5+ years of experience with Java (version 8 or later)
U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required; we are not able to sponsor at this time
Preferred
- Overall 6+ years of IT industry experience.
- Strong hands-on experience along with customizing the applications related to Commerce Tools, Java/J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, React JS, Node JS, REST, JSON, Micro Services.
- Strong understanding of microservice architecture and able to convert application based on monolithic architecture.
- Working exp in Agile methodology
- Java/J2EE - Advanced, Spring-boot - Advanced , Microservices - Advanced, JMS -Intermediate, Junit- Advanced
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
- Extensive web development experience with the following technologies: React JS and Node JS.
- Ability to lead a team and can complete deliverables within given SLA.
- Capable to interact with the client and able to provide them daily status in weekly status meetings.
- Ability to write API's and web services based on Java and Spring-boot.
- Experience in designing complex microservices utilizing various design patterns.
- Experience in configuring OAuth/JWT authentication in the existing java based application.
- Experience with JMS/Kafka/RabbitMq/messaging queue.
- Participate in design meetings and design decisions.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
