Position Description

A Recruiting Brand Ambassador is needed for a full time, remote staffopportunity with DZConneX in the Chicago, IL market. Recruiting Brand Ambassadors shall deploy and monitor local and/or community-based recruiting strategies that create awareness of Our client's employer brand, promote client's opening positions, and increase applicant flow. Recruiting Brand Ambassadors shall communicate the clients' hiring needs by building relationships with Universities, groups and associations within an assigned geography and promote awareness through community outreach efforts such as hiring events, marketing and advertising, social media posts, and identify new ways of creating one-to-one strategies to reach the labor market.

The Work You'll Be Doing:

Deploy Local and Community-Based Strategies: Brand Ambassadors will implement recruitment strategies tailored to specific localities or communities. This could include attending local events, engaging with Universities, community organizations, leveraging networks to reach potential candidates, and collaborating with local educational institutions or workforce development programs.

Create Awareness of Employer Brand: Brand Ambassadors will work to ensure that the client's employer brand is well-known within their assigned geography. This may involve organizing branding campaigns, participating in community events, and utilizing social media platforms to showcase the client's culture and values as an employer.

Promote High Priority Positions: One of the primary objectives is to promote the client's high priority positions effectively. They will leverage marketing and advertising techniques to effectively promote job opportunities and the client's employer brand. This could include creating targeted advertisements, sponsoring local events, and utilizing digital marketing

Build Relationships: They will establish and nurture relationships with local groups, associations, and key stakeholders relevant to the client's industry or target demographics. Building these relationships will help in understanding the local labor market and accessing potential talent pools.

Hiring Event Management:Planning and driving the successful execution of hiring events. Including, but not limited to: securing space, registration, hotel reservations, show services/rentals; researching and booking venues and catering; coordinating all booth materials and logistics to and from events; and ensuring the proper on-site setup. Manage marketing engagement for candidate attendance. Expected to make decisions with urgency during events within budget to drive the successful event outcome.

What You Need To Bring To The Table:
University recruitment experience required
Strong organizational and time management abilities - detail oriented and professional, even under deadline pressure and when faced with shifting priorities. Up to 50 percent travel based on support needed at events and tradeshows.
HR and/or Talent Acquisition industry experience
Experience in Marketing/Advertising and Social MediaPreferred
Adobe experience Preferred
Technologically savvy - comfortable navigating standard Microsoft Office products, such as Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
High School Diploma, bachelor's degree Preferred
3+ years in Talent Acquisition, Marketing or related field
