WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
In this position, you will get to do the following for our distribution center:

Implement and support HR Department initiatives including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, compensation practices, HR policies and practices, training, and full employee life cycle processes.

Acts as a primary point of contact and provides counsel and consulting services to internal partners across the organization as well provides support to employees.

Manage hourly recruiting for our 3 Solon locations

Coordinate temporary workforce

Ensure accuracy of HRIS data

Drive employee engagement efforts and ensure alignment to nVent culture

You have:

Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Human Resource Management

2+ years of HR experience

Experience working within manufacturing industry highly preferred

Working knowledge of U.S. labor laws preferred

Familiarity with Workday or HRIS systems helpful
