Job Description
- Maintain constant communication with president, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the company.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance standards.
- Increase the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance the company’s trading and export capacity.
- Ensure that operational activities remain on time and profit target.
- Oversee marketing department and set up annual milestone.
- Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed and provide necessary training.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
