Duration- 05 months (through EOY; Potential Extension)
Location: Hybrid - Mettawa, Illinois, 60045

Department: Patient Services

Purpose Statement:
The US Patient Services team is an industry leading organization, providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction. The Operations Specialist reports to the Associate Director of APS Operations to perform operational support capabilities as well as the management of projects to support Client's Patient Services.

Major Responsibilities:
* Coordination and management with employees and vendors to ensure smooth process for onboarding and off-boarding
* Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
* Monitor Escalation Tool tickets in the Patient Engagement channel to identify trends and support issue resolution
* Project management support
* Build and run routine reports in Excel and build PowerPoint presentations
* Support other projects and tasks identified by the APS Operations team

Qualifications:

* Ability to multi-task different priorities and responsibilities
* Ability to work within multiple systems effectively and concurrently
* Ability to manage their time efficiently and effectively
* Experience working in Microsoft products (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
