Job Description
Staffigo Technical Services, LLC in Woodridge, IL is seeking Software Developers to design, write, test, and maintain software applications.
Job responsibilities and duties include:
• Information Assessment: Examine user needs and data to gauge the viability of new system deployments or alterations to current systems.
• System Design Collaboration: Work closely with a team of project leaders, analysts, engineers, and fellow developers to craft software systems, ensuring alignment with project constraints, performance criteria, and integration points.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain open communication with clients and internal teams to update on project progress, troubleshoot technical challenges, and discuss both design and maintenance of software systems.
• Software System Development: Harness scientific and mathematical methods to architect, fine-tune, and revamp software systems, ensuring design decisions are both informed and measurable.
• Supervision of Implementation & Validation: Lead the software installation process and oversee rigorous system testing to guarantee alignment with set specifications.
• User Onboarding: Educate end-users on the functionalities and nuances of newly introduced or updated systems, ensuring a seamless integration experience.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, any STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field, or any related field of study, plus at least two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).
No Travel. No Telecommuting. Job duties are project-based and performed on long-term assignments at various unanticipated sites within the U.S. which may require relocation at the end of each project.
