Contract: 06 months contract on W2 with possible extension
Purpose
Purpose Statement:
The US Patient Services team is an industry leading organization, providing unparalleled patient support that results in improved brand loyalty and patient satisfaction. The Operations Specialist reports to the Associate Director of APS Operations to perform operational support capabilities as well as the management of projects to support client Patient Services.
Top skills, experience:
• Will support patient engagement team
• Taking care of onboarding and offboarding
• Onboarding and offboarding experience are a must monitor centralized tool (escalation tool tickets to identify trends and support issue resolution) – will provide training on this tool
• Candidate should have some operations background
• If candidate has patient support operations or hospital support operations experience it is a big plus
• Attention to details, communication skills
• Processing document or documentation skills
• Articulate documents for transit
• Project management support
• Excel and build PowerPoint presentations
• It is not a patient-facing role, coordination with vendors and business partners
• Look for someone coming from health system management background.
• Onboarding and off boarding patients in system.
• A project coordinator from healthcare or pharma background.
Responsibilities
• Coordination and management with employees and vendors to ensure smooth process for onboarding and offboarding
• Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
• Monitor Escalation Tool tickets in the Patient Engagement channel to identify trends and support issue resolution
• Project management support
• Build and run routine reports in Excel and build PowerPoint presentations
• Support other projects and tasks identified by the APS Operations team
