Senior Manager (Freelancer)

Golin Chicago is currently looking for an experienced, highly motivatedtemporary Senior Manager highly motivated Senior Manager with a proven track record of developing and implementing comprehensive digital and influencer strategies that align with our clients' brand objectives and enhance their market position and collaborate with your digital team to execute with success.
As part of this, we're looking for a Senior Manager who will identify real-time opportunities, oversee earned and paid influencer strategy from concept to execution, as well as create and execute multidisciplinary marketing campaigns for a tequila/spirits-focused client portfolio.
We are looking for someone who can join us in a Freelance capacity and can commit to 20 hours per week for 4-6 months.
What You'll Do:
Experience executing brand-level influencer marketing strategies across earned and paid, with an ability to communicate them with complete digital fluency to all
Serve as expert in fully integrated public relations and digital / social programs, acting as a liaison to IAT and client teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Content, Owned, Paid Media, and other marketing channels.
Cultivate a culture of support, growth and partnership among team - where creative ideation is empowered at every level
Build strategic social influencer strategies and cross-functional campaigns to align with clients goals and objectives
Foster and maintain productive and influential client relationships and provide strong counsel to clients on digital best practices
Identify and engage with influencers, negotiating partnerships that align with brand values and campaign goals. Leverage CreatorIQ to execute campaigns and merchandise results
Advocate for business growth opportunities throughout the portfolio
Stay abreast of digital trends and technologies, proactively integrating them into campaign strategies.
Analyze campaign performance against set objectives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Required Qualifications:
Experience with CreatorIQ
Highly adept with influencer identification and outreach
Skilled with influencer negotiation and contracting
Able to quickly edit influencer content for social platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Please note: We are open to considering qualified remote candidates in other locations.
Golin has included the base salary range or hourly rate for this role. Actual compensation offered within the range will depend upon, among other factors: a candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience; actual ranges for current or former employees in the role; and market considerations. Hourly rate: $75/hour
