Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for an HRIS Data Analyst to be based out of Harvey, IL. Reporting to Sr. Manager, Compliance & Analytics, the HRIS Data Analyst will partner with internal stakeholders to develop technology solutions that streamline and automate HR processes.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of HRIS Experience. Experience in lean manufacturing or business system-based company is a plus.
What you'll do:
Administer and maintain assigned HRIS platforms, including system configuration and troubleshooting
Develop and maintain data reports/dashboards utilizing People Analytics (Business Intelligence), Looker and DOMO software programs
Ensure security, end-user access, and data integrity across all HR platforms
Assist in developing procedures to analyze, test, and implement new technical solutions, including project participation, communication, end-user training, data analysis, and change documentation
Serve as the go-to subject matter expert for assigned HRIS platforms and People Analytics/reporting
What you'll bring:
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of HRIS experience
Understanding of Excel, SQL, Cognos, or Similar Analytics Software
Strong customer service orientation
Strong organization and task discipline
Strong analytical skills
Strong business acumen and ability to work independently
Within 3 months, you'll:
Learn about Atkore and establish connections with key individuals (Atkore Immersion)
Begin learning about Atkore's HRIS (UKG) and the company's organizational structure
Understand your position requirements and determine goals for the fiscal year
Within 6 months, you'll:
Assume daily, weekly, monthly assigned task work (i.e., audits, month end reporting, etc.)
Write and distribute basic report requests (UKG People Analytics, Looker)
Assume the troubleshooting/resolution process for HRIS platforms in which you are assigned
Within 12 months, you'll:
Assume the role of "Subject Matter Expert" for your assigned HRIS platforms
Serve as an active participant in project work that utilizes the HRIS to improve HR people processes
Assume ownership (development/maintenance) of the standard work for assigned HRIS platforms
