Responsibilities

As part of our Workday Product team, you will lead the process to define and prioritize user stories to create a comprehensive product backlog that aligns with customer requirements and business objectives ensuring they are clearly communicated and understood by the product team for the FIN Module. You will also address queries and concerns from the functional team regarding key user requirements, providing clarity and guidance as needed. To be successful in this role, you should have Workday experience and collaboration is a must ensuring that user stories meet customer requirements and contribute to the overall success of the product. Stakeholders include firm leadership, the Workday product team and ESO (Enterprise Solutions & Operations) functional teams. Consistently, delivering these key responsibilities will ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.
  • Serves as the top tier support lead for the Workday environment at Baker Tilly. Is responsible for overall operations, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday FIN module.
  • Drives continuous feature adoption and opportunities for optimization to get the most out of product innovations by assessing releases to determine benefit for application at Baker Tilly.
  • Oversees bi-annual releases (review, testing, implementation) to determine impact to Baker Tilly environment and communicating product release information to the functional teams.
  • Oversees team of Business Process Analysts to ensure successful delivery of Workday functionality aligned to firm roadmap and strategy.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop ongoing training plans and journeys and continued awareness of enhancements for end users.
  • Collaborate with support teams through a consistent feedback loop to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Professional Services Industry - Finance/FP&A Experience; minimum 5 years' experience.
  • Workday experience required
  • Proven experience in product management or a related role, with a strong record of accomplishment of defining and delivering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on understanding customer needs and translating them into actionable product initiatives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders on a frequent basis
  • Agile - Scrum experience nice to have
