We are excited to announce to announce we are adding a Legal Intern to help support the Corporate Office. The Legal Intern will be responsible for participating in the legal review of important customer and vendor related documents, such as contracts and NDAs, and will provide feedback including recommendations for revisions. The ideal candidate will need to be currently enrolled in Law School and have at least one year of school completed. We anticipate this position to work between 5-10 hours per week. The intern will be able to perform much of their duties remotely, however must be able to come to the Corporate Office in Glendale Heights a few times per month. Below is a list of other key responsibilities & qualifications: Job Duties:

+ Prepare drafts of correspondence and research for various corporate and legal matters.

+ Review customer sales agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other various documents pertaining to new and/or existing customers.

+ Assess customer-related legal documents for legal concerns that may not favor OSM. Provide feedback to OSM stakeholders on overall assessed risks.

+ Review, revise, or create routine OSM documents often used for business transactions.

+ Provide counsel to OSM stakeholders in legal matters.

+ Assist with regulatory compliance and drafting policy documentation.

+ Support with employment law matters and ongoing litigation, if any.

Qualifications:

+ Currently enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school pursuing a JD or LLM as a law student.

+ Interest in pursuing in-house practice.

+ Strong grammar, writing, research, and analysis skills; advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and WestLaw/LexisNexis.
