Description

The Network Engineer position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing solutions that enhance our data and communications systems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for network performance, maintaining system security, and creating incident reports.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, set up, and manage networks and communication systems – Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operations – Ensure the safety of our data through strong security practices – Collaborate with teams to identify and define system requirements – Prepare comprehensive network documentation and share knowledge with team members – Manage all network hardware and equipment, including updating firmware and maintaining upgrades

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline

+ Proven experience as Network Engineer or relevant position

+ Excellent knowledge of routing, switching, network architecture, and security principles

+ Deep understanding of network protocols and services (e.g., DNS, VPNs, TCP/IP, Firewalls)

+ Proficiency in network diagnostic tools and software

+ Excellent problem-solving skills

+ Outstanding interpersonal skills and team-oriented mind-set
