Job Description

Description We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst III to join our workforce in ST CHARLES, Illinois. This role is crucial in providing frontline support services for our clients and assisting our Level I and II Help Desk Technicians with escalations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging our PSA for support tickets and client management, and will play a key role in designing, maintaining, and supporting cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure services.

Responsibilities:

- Provide frontline support services to clients

- Assist Level I and II Help Desk Technicians with escalations

- Leverage PSA for support tickets and client management

- Design, maintain, and support cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure services

- Participate in telephone administration of PBX

- Coordinate and develop new client on-boarding

- Provide recommendations to increase productivity within the IT support department

- Participate in team meetings, provide input and suggestions, and prepare minutes of discussion items

- Assist in SOW reviews and ROI analysis

- Utilize skills in Citrix Technologies, Database, EO/IR systems, Lotus Notes, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deskside Support, Desktop Hardware, Consulting, AWS Managed Services, Ticketing System, Microsoft Office 365 Requirements – Proficiency in Citrix Technologies

- Solid understanding of Database systems

- Experience with EO/IR systems

- Knowledge of Lotus Notes operations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Active Directory

- Familiarity with Computer Hardware and Configuration Management

- Experience in Deskside Support and Desktop Hardware

- Ability to provide consulting services when required

- Experience with AWS Managed Services

- Familiarity with Ticketing System operations

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
