Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique law firm located in West Chicago that’s seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least 3-5+ years of experience to join their team. This firm represents a variety of local municipalities and government institutions, and this position will support their litigation group. The firms litigation group handles a variety of areas of litigation including, but not limited to: commercial, insurance, construction, appellate, civil rights, real estate, & probate. The ideal candidate should have handled multiple aspects of litigation including experience taking/defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, and arguing contested dispositive and discovery motions. Federal and state court experience is mandatory. Experience in arbitration proceedings, trial and evidentiary hearings, and experience with mediations and settlement conferences is also desired. Excellent writing skills required. This position is paying between $110-130K+ plus bonus and full benefits.

Requirements+ JD and Licensed in IL
+ At least 3-5+ years of litigation experience
+ Experience with commercial litigation or municipal litigation preferred
